Hi, I’m Ian LaBrake—founder of The LaBrake Company, LLC, At-Ease Roofs,

and a licensed Florida real estate professional brokered through FRI.

Construction

Founded in 2010, The LaBrake Company is where it all began. By 2013,

I earned my Certified Residential Contractor license, and by 2020 I had

passed the Certified General Contractor exam (CGC1528913).

With over a decade of experience in residential and commercial

construction, I deliver projects with:

• Detailed planning and foresight

• Efficiency from start to finish

At-Ease Roofs

In 2024, I expanded into roofing with At-Ease. Roofs are one of

the most important investments in any home, and I wanted clients to

have a trusted expert dedicated to this critical service.

With my roofing license, I bring:

• The same integrity I bring to every project

Real Estate Services

I became a licensed real estate professional in 2015, and today I’m brokered through FRI. My background in construction gives clients an advantage—you’ll get more than a broker, you’ll get someone who can see beyond the painted walls.
